Brussels was in the highest terror alert level for days, a warning that the threat of a terrorist attack is very serious and imminent. I wonder whether deaf people receive the information that football matches are cancelled, shopping malls have closed their doors, the metro service is suspended, and that kindergartens stay closed. Will they know in due time when the danger is gone?
