The European Parliament (EP) has decided on the redistribution of committee seats. Fidesz MEPs have been given a number of committee seats that are significant to the functioning of the EP. This means that the Fidesz delegation to the European Parliament has a full overview of the EP’s legislative processes, which is unique among the Hungarian political groups in the EP.
During the second half of the five-year legislative term of the European Parliament, Fidesz MEPs have become members of the following committees:
