  100th Anniversary of the International Women's Day: Still room for improvement in equal treatment.

  A commemorative session was held in the European Parliament on the occasion of the 100th International Woman's Day where Lívia Járóka MEP gave a speech on behalf of the EPP Group. In her comments, the Hungarian MEP emphasised that there was still a lot to do in order to cease gender based wage differences, strengthen women's roles in the family and to ensure the principle of equal treatment.
